Shipping Policy (Australia)

Domestic Shipping (Australia-wide)

We ship all orders from our Australian warehouse using trusted carriers such as Australia Post, Sendle, or StarTrack, depending on your location and order size.

Estimated Delivery Times:

  • Standard Shipping: 2 – 7 business days (metro areas usually faster)

  • Express Shipping: 1 – 3 business days (where available)
    Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to public holidays, courier delays, or regional locations.

Processing Time:
All orders are packed and dispatched within 1 – 2 business days of receiving payment. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment is completed.


Tracking & Notifications

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and link to track your parcel in real-time.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.


Authority to Leave (ATL)

By selecting “Authority to Leave” at checkout, you authorise the courier to leave your parcel unattended at your address. GlideHack cannot be held responsible for any lost or stolen items once delivery has been confirmed by the carrier.


Shipping Delays

While we work with reliable partners, delays can occasionally occur due to weather, network disruptions, or high-volume periods (e.g. Black Friday, Christmas). We appreciate your patience if your order arrives later than expected.


International Shipping

GlideHack ships worldwide from our Australian warehouse.

Estimated Delivery Times:

  • Standard International Shipping: 7 – 21 business days (depending on destination and customs)

  • Express International Shipping: 7 – 14 business days

Please note that delivery times vary by country and may be affected by customs inspections, carrier delays, or local postal processing times beyond our control.

Customs, Duties & Taxes:
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or fees imposed by your local customs authority.
These charges are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the recipient. We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an order.

Tracking:
All international orders include tracking. You’ll receive a tracking link via email once your order has shipped. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear once your parcel leaves Australia.

Restricted Regions:
Some countries or regions may have import restrictions on certain items. GlideHack is not responsible for shipments refused or delayed by customs due to local import regulations.

Lost or Delayed Parcels:
If your international parcel appears delayed or lost, contact us at contact@glidehack.com. We’ll liaise with the carrier to investigate and provide an update as quickly as possible.


Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please ensure your shipping details are entered correctly. GlideHack is not responsible for packages returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. Additional shipping fees may apply to resend items.


Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel appears lost, delayed, or arrives damaged, contact us at contact@glidehack.com within 7 days of delivery. We’ll work with the courier to investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
